- Joined HD in 2017. Works as thematic lead for Environment, Climate and Peacemaking within MESU, supporting HD teams to integrate environment and climate considerations into peacemaking.
- Before joining HD, worked in different capacities for UNDP in Sudan, the Overseas Development Institute in London, and the German Embassy in Colombia.
- Masters’ degree from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), London, and study visits in Geneva and Madrid.
- Has written on different peacemaking issues, including on creative entry points in mediation, climate and mediation, environmental peacemaking, water diplomacy, and adaptive M&E in the peace sector.
