HD is supervised by an independent Board that sets the mission and general policy of the non-profit foundation and provides oversight of our peacemaking programmes.

Members sit on a voluntary, unpaid and private basis.

As part of its oversight function, the Board has an Operations Committee and a Finance and Organisation Committee.
