Franck Eloi
Director of Human Resources
- Joined HD in June 2026 as Director of Human Resources.
- Previously Director of Human Resources at Terre des hommes Foundation and Médecins Sans Frontières for 15 years , where he led the global people function and supported organisational transformation. He spent over 10 years with Médecins Sans Frontières in field, operational and HR roles, including as Country Director in China and Ethiopia.
- Franck holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources, and has specialised trainings in leadership and management from IMD, and conflict mediation from HES-SO Geneva.
