• Joined HD’s donor relations team in 2019 and took the leadership of the External Relations team in 2025
• 20 years of international experience in donor relations, donor communications and fundraising for peace
• Before joining HD, worked for organisations like DCAF (Geneva) and Saferworld (London), with roles in fundraising, conflict research and project management
• Masters degree in Human Geography from the University of Copenhagen
