Boost Bangsamoro: Deliberative democracy in the southern Philippines – HD video

To strengthen peace in the southern Philippines, HD ran a series of citizen assemblies in Bangsamoro communities to help chart the course for post-COVID economic recovery.

It was the first time HD used random selection of participants (sortition) to ensure the sessions were inclusive and reflected the aspirations of the diverse communities.
